Trip 7 (Thanksgiving Weekend)

On this trip I almost finished primering the master bedroom (I forgot to take down the mirror *facepalm*) and hung wall paper at SIL's studio.

Trips 5 and 6 (can't remember what happened on the individual trips)

On these trips I Re-did the screens in the kitchen and livingroom. DH cut the screen frames that were missing and I put the sreen in. The power is now through the breaker now so no cords lying around. DH got Hot and Cold running water working (YAY showers!!) and on the last trip we had friends stay on the land with us. They tented and DD had a sleep over in the livingroom with our friends DD. DS got the bedroom all to himself and he played ALL day with our friends 2 older DS's (they also have an 11 month old DS). The Outhouse hole got dug and the kids got FILTHY! It was a great trip!

Trip #4

We brought a bed for the kids room on this trip and I painted underneath the sink (NASTY!) There was alot of grossness under there but with a solid hour of cleaning, vacuuming, and bleaching the under sink area got clean. I also painted the area white and started painting the outer cupboard facing white. It looks a million times better! We bought the stuff to refinish the screens and bought an outhouse.

Trip 3

We brought up a second couch (both hide a beds), an entertainment unit, a few electronics, and some DH things. We slept in the livingroom this trip and it was nice and toasty!

Trip #2

We brought up a couch and an area rug for te living room.

DH painted outside.

I painted around the windows in the livingroom.

First Trip Up

On our first trip up to the land DH and BIL put in a small wood burning stove. We had Genorator power in the form of 2 extension cords running into the house and plugged into power bars.
We slept there and it was COLD. Absolutely FREEZING. I shook so bad that my back hurt the next day. All of us slept in the Master Bedroom.
SIL and BIL (who live 7 minutes from our land) gave us a kitchen table and 3 chairs.

We bought a porta potty and used that for the bathroom facilities.
