First the list of original condition

In December of 2009 hubby and I bought a 50 acre parcel of land in Northern Alberta. Shortly there after hubby and his father traveled up there, place a 40 sea can and purchased a 1970's trailer for the land.

The trailer cost us 6500 bucks and was painted with interesting color choices. Here are the room descriptions.

Kitchen- The cupboards were pea green on the doors with pastel green on the body of the cabinets. There is Mac Tac (the shelf liner stuff) on the walls of the kitchen. The cupboards under the sink were screwed shut. The laminate on the floor is buckled and there is a soft spot infront of the sink.

Kids Room- The walls are a vibrant blue and the roof is neon green. The closet holds the pressure tank and all the hook ups for the water softener that was removed. No molding around the window or along the floor of the exterior wall. A bit of old water damage (not too horrible) on the ceiling but it is very fixable.

Bathroom- Nasty old shower stall with a beautiful tub. The counter in a touch low and the toilet and sink are harvest yellow. Mac Tac on these walls as well.

Master Bedroom- Vibrant Blue and Neon Green walls. No insulation under the floors so it gets COLD in there.

Livingroom- The walls are an off white with a strange faux finish green around the windows. The floors are good and the windows are pretty good with the exception of one pane in the main window.

The screens in all the windows are either ripped or missing. There is room for a full sized washer and dryer with the hook ups. Lots of storage space throughout and the trailer is a solid structure.
