- CLEAN THOROUGHLY
- Replace screens on all but 3 windows.
- Paint the livingroom (Tan)
- Paint the cupboards (white)
- Scrap Mac Tac off the walls
- Clean old paint off cupboard doors and fill in missing chunks
- Paint the kids room (nice pale yellow with a white ceiling)
- Paint Master Bedroom (maybe a nice tannish parchment color?)
- Paint Washroom (Light Blue)
- Put Bead Board up in Kitchen (nice white or cream)
- Appliances
- Repaint Exterior
- Replace Broken window pane
- Level the trailer
- Fixer counter tops in kitchen and bathroom
- Maybe Rethink Bathroom layout???
- Peel up Laminate and Reinforce Floors
- Insulate underneath trailer
